Maddest Moment

Basically outside that circle of issues, i still have emotion!!! Bloody hell, yesterday my blood was boiling at 1 million degree Celsius!!!!!

Early morning was call in to superior room.
1st question was, did anyone follow up this email. I told colly XX to follow up via email. (Tt email that I informed my colly to follow up was open at his monitor screen!!!)

Me: Oh I already forward that email to colly XX to follow up. Alphabet X-X is under her care.

Superior: I know its easy to say alphabet X-X belong to someone. Im kan chiong abt this customer becos their goods are ship spares which are urgently required. Right now, NO ONE done anything. (Looking at me) Is it so hard to just send an email to agent to pick up the cargoes.

Me: Blood Boiling away but tolerated......

Superior: (Look at me again) Our organisation is not that big, we should COMMUNICATE more, if 1 CSO is busy the other one should help to arrange. Now the thing is left undone and I have to follow up.

Im being told off for colly not doing her job. WTH!!!!! No one told me whoever is busy and need help. Who the hell am I suppose to help then? Email is not a form of communication, then WTH is it? I already extended my help is the sales quotation which is not any of my job scope.

If today I make mistake and get told off, I can take it. But not in this case. I already did my job to ask the PIC to follow up and she didnt..... I got told off!!! Where is the logic???

Of cos its easy to say alphabet X-X belong to someone, becos other colly also did it to me so easily when the new implementation started. Oh yes I wasnt the one who implement this system, why not ask that person is it easy or not.

The tone that he use who so terrible. Basically blaming me for nothing being done when I have done my part. *roll eyes*

I was so mad that I sms my bestie until I wanna break down. The degree overshoot the thermometer.
